Instructions:
Press the C/F button on the back of the thermometer to switch between Fahrenheit or Celsius. Press the Min/Max button once to read the maximum temp in memory, press again to read the minimum temp in memory and a third time to return to the current temperature rending. Battery Instructions: If the thermometer readings become dim or irregular, the battery may need to be replaced. Using a small instrument that will not damage the thermometer (such as a paperclip), gently press the small hole on the left side of the unit while facing front. The instrument needs to be pressed into this hole while pulling on the battery door at the same time. This will allow battery door to gently slide out. Remove the old battery and install a new CR2025 battery according to the polarity markings on the battery compartment. Gently slide the battery door back into place. Cleaning and Care: Clean by hand with a damp cloth.
