Use and Care: 1. Before each use, wash with hot soapy water. 2. To season, brush or spray pan with vegetable oil and lightly flour before each baking use. It is not necessary to season the pan for gelatin, frozen desserts, or Angelfood cake. 3. For best results, reduce oven temperature 25 degrees F and bake until done. Cool in pan upright for 10 minutes. Tap the cake pan firmly a few times and shake it gently to be sure the cakes are loosened before inverting. Turn out onto wire rack. 4. Cleaning Instructions: Metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners should not be used on non-stick surfaces. Ordinarily, a soft sponge or a kitchen brush will suffice in removing baked on food particles. In some cases it may be necessary to scrub lightly.
